INGREDIENTS |
1 egg
1 1/3 cups milk
½ tsp vanilla
1 tsp nutmeg
24 marshmallows (large)

PREPARATION
In a pan, over low heat, melt the marshmallows in the milk; stirring constantly and add vanilla.
Beat egg until foamy and add 1/3 cup milk; slowly add the egg into the hot milk mixture. While over low heat, continue stirring until mix thickens, 3 to 5 minutes. |
COOKING
Pour into custard cups and sprinkle with nutmeg and refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Serve with caramel sauce or whipped cream. |
