INGREDIENTS |
PIE FILLING
1 pkg cream cheese (large)
1 cup whipping cream
½ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 can cherry pie mix.

1 pack graham crackers (finely crushed)
¼ cup sugar
1/3 cup butter (softened).

PREPARATION
Heat oven to 375 degrees.
PIE CRUST
Using a blender, crush graham crackers to a fine mix. Pour crumbs into a medium bowl; add sugar and butter. Blend this together well; use the blender if desired.
Pour the crumb mix into a 9 in. pie dish. With a spoon and fingers, press firmly into the bottom and sides of dish.
PIE FILLING
Fold cream cheese, sugar and vanilla together. Whip cream and fold into cream cheese mixture. Place this into the baked pie crust.
Pour the cherry filling over the cream cheese mixture;

COOKING
PIE CRUST
Bake in oven at 375 degrees for 8 minutes. Remove and cool on rack.
PIE
refrigerate for an hour or until ready to serve. |
