Rose Pantell's Canoli Cake

INGREDIENTS

CAKE
1 ½ cubes margarine
1 ½ cup flour

TOPPING
1 cup crushed nuts
¼ bar chocolate
CREAM MIX
8oz cream cheese
1 large container of whipped crème
½ cup sugar

PUDDING
1 large vanilla instant pudding
2 cups milk

PREPARATION


Heat oven to 250 degrees.

CAKE
Cream margarine and flour together. Mixing in crushed nuts. Pat into a 9 in. x 12 in. pan.

CREAM MIX
Blend together the cream cheese, ½ of the container of whipped cream and sugar. Spread onto the crust.

PUDDING
In another bowl, mix vanilla pudding and milk until firm. Pour over the top of the cream mixture.


COOKING


CAKE
Bake for 20 minutes at 250 degrees. Remove and set aside to cool.

Use the remaining whipped cream to top. Sprinkle crushed nuts and grate chocolate over the top.
