INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup oil
6 stalks celery
1/2 cabbage (chopped)
2 chicken bouillon
1 lb green been (chopped)
1 lb carrots (sliced)
3 zucchini (sliced)
1 can kidney beans
1 cup tomato sauce
1 qt. water
Salt and pepper to taste

PREPARATION


Slice green beans & chop the cabbage & celery into 1 in. pieces; slice the carrots & zucchini into 1/2 in pieces.




COOKING


In a large pot, sauté the celery in olive oil, add the cabbage and parsley. Turn these in the pot a 1 - 2 min. Add the carrots, green and kidney beans, zucchini and the chicken bouillon. Keep turning the mixture, adding salt and pepper (to taste).

Sauté this mixture together and continue stirring so it does not stick. After a few minutes, add the tomato sauce and cook for 15 minutes, or until thick. At this time add the water & bring to a boil, then simmer for about 45 minutes.
