INGREDIENTS |
1lb ground beef
1 onion (chopped)
2 Tbsp parsley(chopped)
1 clove garlic(diced)
1 handful parmigiana cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
4 slices of bread
½ cup flour
1 can beef broth or similar
½ cup water
2 tsp olive oil

PREPARATION
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Chop onions, parsley and garlic. Soak the four (4) pieces of bread in the milk; do not squeeze out.
Mix onions, parsley and garlic with the meat. Blend in the bread, eggs and parmigiana into the mixture. Salt and pepper to taste.
Form into a log shape and roll in the flour; place into oiled pan.

COOKING
Brown onions, parsley and garlic in pan.
MEATLOAF
Bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned, then pour soup and water into pan and bake for 1 hour. |
