INGREDIENTS |
CHICKEN
4 to 6 chicken breasts
1 stick butter
1 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
1 to 2 cloves garlic
¼ to ½ cup flour
| GRAVY
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 can water |
PREPARATION
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
CHICKEN
Wash chicken; salt, pepper and coat with flour. Melt butter in baking dish with the garlic. Cover the floured chicken with this.
GRAVY
Mix cream of mushroom soup with ½ to ¾ can water. |
COOKING
Bake for 1 hour, uncovered, at 400 degrees, or until brown.
When brown, pour gravy over the chicken. Return to oven and bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until bubbly. |
