Grandma Flo’s Easy Custard Pudding

INGREDIENTS

3 eggs
¼ cup sugar
¼ tsp salt
2 cups milk
½ tsp vanilla
1 tsp nutmeg

PREPARATION


Heat oven to 325 deg.

CUSTARD
Slightly beat the eggs and set aside. Combine eggs, sugar and salt; slowly add the milk mix, once cooled.

Pour into custard cups and sprinkle with nutmeg.

COOKING


MILK MIX
In a pan, boil the milk; stirring constantly and add vanilla. Pull and let cool for a minute.

CUSTARD
Bake at 325 degrees in a pan of hot water for 30 to 40 minutes; until mixture does not adhere to knife.
