Grandma Flo's Marshmallow Bars

INGREDIENTS

½ cup whipping cream (heavy)
3 ½ cups marshmallows(cut)
1 ¾ cup chocolate chips
1 pkg graham crackers(broken)

PREPARATION


Break graham crackers and cut marshmallows into bite sized pieces.

Line a 9 in. square baking dish with heavy foil and spread the mixture into it. Lightly press into dish

COOKING


In a medium saucepan, heat cream for 2 min or until bubbles form on the edge; remove and add chocolate chips, stirring until smooth.

Cool for 10 min, stirring often. Add the marshmallows; stir to coat. Gently fold in the graham crackers.

Refrigerate for 2 hours and 15 minutes. Cut and serve when ready.
