Grandma Flo's Cucumber and Yogurt Salad

INGREDIENTS

1 large cucumber
1 ½ clove garlic
½ - 1 tsp salt (to taste)
1 Tbsp dried mint
1 pt plain yogurt

PREPARATION


Peel and slice cucumber; may leave some skin, or all if preferred, and may be diced. Mash garlic with the salt.

COOKING


Add garlic mash into the yogurt. Mix well and add the cucumber. Garnish with mint.
