INGREDIENTS

Filling
4 3oz packages of cream cheese
2 eggs
¼ cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp lemon juice
Crust
½ stick butter (melted)
¼ cup sugar
1 ½ cups graham crackers (crushed)

Topping
½ pint sour cream
¼ cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla

PREPARATION


Heat oven to 300 degrees.

CRUST
Crush graham crackers thoroughly, mixing in melted butter and sugar. Press into a glass pie dish.

FILLING
Combine cream cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla and lemon juice; beat until smooth. Pour over cooked pie crust.

TOPPING
Blend sour crème, sugar and vanilla. Spread evenly over cooled pie.

COOKING


CRUST
Bake for 10 minutes at 300 degrees.

PIE
Bake for 40 minutes or until center is no longer wet. The filling will crack around the edges when done, but will not brown. Cool for 10 min.

After topping, bake in oven for another 5 minutes. Remove, cool and refrigerate for 5 hours.
