INGREDIENTS |
1 cup crushed pineapple
½ cup cranberries
¼ cup celery (chopped)
¼ cup walnuts (chopped)
1 pkg raspberry gelatin
1 can cranberry sauce
1 cup water | |
PREPARATION
Slice pineapple into cubes and mash; strain juices and add water to make 1 ¼ cups. Chop celery into small cubes.
Mash down cranberry sauce and cranberries, add to pineapple/gelatin mixture. Cool until mix begins to thicken; add pineapple, celery and walnuts. Pour the mix into a mold.

COOKING
Heat pineapple liquid in a saucepan, bringing to a boil. Remove from heat, stirring in the gelatin until dissolved.
Refrigerate mold until set; about 3 hours. |
