INGREDIENTS |
2 cups cornbread (crumbled)
½ lb. sausage meat
¾ cup cranberries (dried)
½ cup chicken broth
1/3 cup walnuts (chopped)
1 tsp thyme.

PREPARATION
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook the sausage in a medium saucepan, until golden-brown; strain and crumble.
In a large bowl, mix all ingredient except the broth. Put into a casserole and add the broth, mixing well.

Cover casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done. |
