INGREDIENTS |
1 cup whole kernel corn
1 bundle asparagus
½ cup vegetable liquids
½ cup milk
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp flour
¼ tsp celery salt
1 Tbsp parsley(chopped)

PREPARATION
Heat oven to 350 degrees
Boil corn 15 minutes or until soft, pour water into measuring cup to 1/4 cup.
Steam Asparagus in water, pour remaining liquid into measuring cup to 1/2 cup. Add milk to this mixture.
Spread corn over bottom of baking dish. Arrange asparagus over the corn. Pour sauce over vegetables and sprinkle with parsley.

COOKING
Mix vegetable liquid together in sauce pan, over low heat, adding butter and flour. Blend until butter is melted and mixture becomes smooth and thick. Add celery salt.
When prepped bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. |
