Grandma Flo’s Corn Pudding

INGREDIENTS

½ cup butter (softened)
½ cup sugar
½ cup milk
1 cup sour cream
1 pkg corn bread mix
1 cup sour cream
2 cans corn (whole kernel)
1 can cream style corn.

PREPARATION


Heat oven to 325 degrees.

In a large bowl, mix butter and sugar to a cream. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well at each addition.

Fold in sour cream and gradually add corn bread mix, alternating with the milk. Strain and fold in corn and cream corn.

Pour into a greased, 3 qt, baking dish.

Notes:
Use blueberry muffin mix for a sweeter dish.

COOKING


Bake uncovered, at 325 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes, or until set and lightly browned.
