INGREDIENTS |
FILLING
2 ¾ cups skim milk (cold)
2 pkgs vanilla pudding (small)
15 oz can solid-pack pumpkin.
1 tsp cinnamon (ground)
½ tsp ginger (ground)
¼ tsp cloves (ground)
| PIE CRUST
½ stick butter (melted)
¼ cup sugar
1 ½ cups graham crackers (crushed)
TOPPING
½ pint whipping cream
¼ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
CRUST
Crush graham crackers thoroughly, mixing in melted butter and sugar. Press into a glass pie dish.
FILLING
In a mixing bowl, combine milk and pudding mix; beat until mixture is thick. Add pumpkin and spices; beat until well blended. Pour into cooled pie crust.
TOPPING
Whip cream; blend in powdered sugar and vanilla.

COOKING
CRUST
Bake graham cracker crust for 10 min at 300 degrees; remove and set aside to cool.
PIE
Refrigerate prepared pie for 2 hours, or until firm. Garnish with whipped topping and cinnamon.
