Grandma Flo’s Stuffed Shells

INGREDIENTS

12 oz pasta shells (jumbo)
4 cups ricotta
1 cup mozzarella (shredded)
½ cup Parmigiano (grated)
2 eggs
1 Tbsp parsley (chopped)
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1/8 tsp nutmeg
4 cups marinara

PREPARATION


Mix together cheeses, eggs, parsley, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Fill cooled shells with cheese mixture.

Cover bottom of a roasting pan with some sauce; arrange filled shells in a single layer in the pan. Pour the remaining sauce over the shells.

COOKING


Cook pasta in salted water as directed on packaging. Rinse with cold water and set aside to fill.

Bake prepared shells at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with parmigiano.
