INGREDIENTS

2 bunches spinach (chopped)
1 bunch green onions (chopped)
2 lemons (juiced)
¼ cup walnuts (chopped)
¼ cup olive oil
Salt
Pepper

PREPARATION


Wash spinach well, dry and chop. Add green onions, lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper. Mix well.

COOKING


Top with walnuts. Serve immediately after prep.
