Nonni Gilda's Dough for Ravioli

INGREDIENTS

3 cups flour
3 eggs
1 cup water
1/8 cup oil
salt

PREPARATION


In a large bowl, place flour and make a well; add the eggs and mix well with fork, add salt.

Begin to mix the water, a little at a time, knead well until dough becomes smooth; adding flour if needed. Continue to knead for 5 minutes.

Knead dough into a ball, in the same bowl, and cover with oil.

COOKING


Place cloth over bowl and set aside for 30 minutes
