INGREDIENTS |
2 egg whites
Salt
½ cup sugar
1 pkg chocolate chips (melted)
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup coconut (shredded)

PREPARATION
Melt chocolate and set aside to cool.
Beat egg whites until foamy; add salt and sugar beating well after each addition, until mixture stands in peaks.
Fold vanilla, cooled chocolate and coconut into meringue.

COOKING
Drop mixture from a teaspoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet and cover with brown paper.
Bake at 325 deg. for 20 minutes
