Yolanda’s Chicken Casserole

INGREDIENTS

4 chicken breasts
1/4j tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
2 cans cream of chicken soup
3 Tbsp onion (grated)
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 cup celery soup
1 cup water chestnuts
1 cup almonds (sliced)
2 cups potato chips

PREPARATION


Chicken:
Prepare chicken by removing skin, salt and pepper to taste. When finished cut into bite size pieces and place into a bowl.

Casserole:
Combine Cream of Chicken soup, with grated onion, lemon juice, and mayonnaise. Mix these well and add chicken, celery soup, water chestnuts and almonds. After well mixed; pour into a large Pyrex dish; crush potato chips over top.

COOKING


Bake at 350 deg. for 1 hour or until done
