PREPARATION
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, using a small amount of ice-cold water to blend.
Grease an 8x12" pan with oil or butter pat one layer of meat mix on the bottom adding oil or butter on top. (Sprinkle extra pine nuts over top).
Pat down a second layer of meat mix over the first. With a knife, make triangular indentations in the meat.

* This meal can be eaten raw, use olive oil instead of butter. (THIS IS NOT ADVISED FOR EVERYONE, TRADITIONALLY THIS MEAL IS EATEN BOTH COOKED OR RAW) *
