Sitto’s Italian Brain Appetizer

INGREDIENTS

1 lb brains (lamb or beef)
3 cloves garlic (mashed)
1 to 2 lemons (juiced)
½ cup parsley

PREPARATION


Mash garlic and chop parsley.

Peel skin off of boiled brains; place on serving dish.


Notes:
Your local butcher may or may not carry brains.

COOKING


Boil brains in water for about 5 min.

Sprinkle brains with mashed garlic, lemon juice and parsley.
