Nonni Gilda's Chardé (Italian Cookies)

INGREDIENTS

1 cube butter (melted)
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
¼ cup brandy(peach or apricot)
1 ½ cups flour

PREPARATION


Mix all ingredients together; with a beater.

Notes:
Users may find a Krumkake baker at Sur la Table.

For a thicker cookie, use 2 cups flour.

COOKING


Using a Krumkake Baker, dollop a large table spoon of mix in the iron, bake for 1 minute.

When golden, remove and roll into a cylinder, with a small roller.
