INGREDIENTS

BROWNIES
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 ½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 cup butter
1 cup water
½ cup butter milk
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
FROSTING
1 cube butter
6 Tbsp coco
6 Tbsp butter milk
1 cup nuts
1 box powdered sugar (small)
1 tsp vanilla

PREPARATION


Heat oven to 350 degrees.

BROWNIES
Sift flour, sugar, baking soda and salt several times.

FROSTING
Sift powdered sugar, nuts and vanilla. Spread over cool brownies.

Notes:
You may use 2 cups of powdered sugar for a thinner frosting.

COOKING


FROSTING
Bring butter, coco and buttermilk to a boil. Remove from heat and add sifted powdered sugar, nuts and vanilla. Whip until frosting is firm.

BROWNIES
Bring butter, baking coco and water to a boil. Mix sifted ingredients to pot while still hot. Add in butter milk and vanilla; then beat in the eggs.

Bake in a 19 x 11 cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 25 minutes; cool before frosting.
