Grandma Flo's Easy Corn Pudding

INGREDIENTS

½ corn butter (softened)
¼ cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 package corn bread/ muffin mix
1 can (15 ¼ oz.) whole kernel corn.
1 can (14 ¾ oz.) cream style corn.

PREPARATION


Heat oven to 325 degrees.

Mix ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Cream butter add sugar and add eggs, one at a time; beating well after each addition.

Beat in sour cream, gradually adding corn muffin mix; mixing alternately with milk. Fold in the corn.

Pour into a greased 3 qt. baking dish.

COOKING


Bake at 325 degrees, uncovered, for 45 to 50 minutes or until set and lightly browned.
