INGREDIENTS

4 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup toasted walnuts (chopped)
1/3 cup maraschino cherries (halved)
1/2 cup whipped crème
Pinch of salt

PREPARATION

Beat eggs and sugar until mixed. Add all other ingredients, except crème.

In another mixing bowl mix crème until whipped (you may add a 1 - 2 tsp of powdered sugar). Once whipped, incorporate crème into egg mixture.

COOKING

Place mixture into freezer for 2 - 3 hours, mixing occasionally until well blended.
