Grandma Flo’s Easy Onion Beef Brisket

INGREDIENTS

1 large brisket
1 tbsp onion soup mix
Salt & pepper
2 cans (6oz ea) cream of mushroom soup.

PREPARATION


Heat oven to 350 degrees.

In a deep baking pan, place a large piece of foil down, allowing it to drape over the sides. Place brisket on foil & apply seasonings.

Pour cream of mushroom over brisket covering it fully. Wrap the foil over the brisket and tightly close.

COOKING


Bake at 350 degrees for 4 hours.
